Before writing to us, check if your question is here

How do I create or join a community?

Open the Communities tab in the app. Tap Explore to see public communities near you, or Create to build your own (public or private). To join an existing one, tap the card and press Join. Private communities route you to the admin for approval.

How do I create a plan?

Inside a community, tap the + button or the Plans tab. Set the name, location, date, time, capacity, and optionally a price. Share the generated link or publish it directly. Anyone in the community can tap and join.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also write to soporte@impulsatulegado.com if you cannot access the app.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

On the login screen, tap Forgot your password? and follow the link you receive by email. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the same provider to log back in (there is no password to recover). If you still cannot log in, write to soporte@impulsatulegado.com from the email you used to register.

Is the app free?

Yes. Creating communities, joining plans, and organizing your own has no cost. If a particular plan has an entry price (a padel court, a ticket to an event), that price is set and collected by whoever organizes the plan, not Junte.

Does it work outside Paraguay?

Yes. Junte was born in Asunción but the app works in any city. The initial focus is Paraguay and Latin America, but there is no geographic restriction.

How do I block or report a user?

Tap the user's profile, open the menu (·· ·), and choose Block or Report. Blocking cuts off all interaction: the person stops seeing your profile and cannot send you messages or join your Plans. Reporting sends the case to our moderation team. Child safety reports are handled within 24 hours.

Who sees my location?

Junte uses your operating system location permission to show you plans near you. We do not display your exact position as public data in any profile. You can revoke the permission from your phone settings at any time. Full detail in the Privacy policy.

Who sees my profile?

Your profile is visible to Users with whom you share a Community or a Plan. As we add more granular visibility and privacy controls, you will find them in Profile → Settings → Privacy.

Safety in in-person gatherings

Junte coordinates real-world meetups. Physical safety starts with you. These are the practices we always recommend, especially the first time you meet someone.

01

Public and familiar place

The first time with someone new: café, bar, restaurant, or sports court, something with people around. Avoid isolated places or private homes until you know the person.

02

Tell someone you trust

Tell a family member or friend where you are going, with whom, and when you plan to return. Share the location of the plan by message. It is a simple habit that changes everything.

03

Arrive and return on your own

Have your own transportation. Do not rely on someone you just met to get home, and do not share your address before there is trust.

04

Watch your drink and belongings

Do not leave your drink unattended. Keep an eye on your phone and ID. If something feels physically off, ask the venue staff for help.

05

Trust your instincts

If something feels off, before, during, or after, leaving is always a valid option. You do not have to give explanations. If the person pressures you, report them.

06

In an emergency

Call 911 in Paraguay. For violence against women: 137 SOS Mujer. For minors: 147 Fono Ayuda.
