Child safety standards
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Junte, operated by Impulse Legacy, maintains zero tolerance toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page details our commitments, reporting mechanisms, and compliance practices, in line with the Google Play policy on child safety standards and with applicable law.
1. Commitment and scope
Junte is intended for people 16 years or older. We absolutely prohibit any content, conduct, or contact that constitutes CSAE or CSAM inside our app and any associated service, including profiles, plan chat messages, community posts, and event names or descriptions.
2. Prohibited conduct and content
- Posting, transmitting, storing, downloading, or requesting CSAM in any format, image, video, audio, text, link, GIF, sticker, or descriptive emoji.
- Synthetic or AI-generated CSAM: any image, video, or audio created by artificial intelligence, deepfake, illustration, 3D render, or any other technique that depicts sexual abuse of real or fictitious minors.
- Contact with minors for sexual purposes (grooming), including coercion, manipulation, gifts, or exchange of sexually explicit material.
- Sextortion, blackmail, or any attempt to obtain sexual material from a minor.
- Promotion, normalization, glorification, or "humor" about child sexual abuse.
- Impersonation of minors or creation of accounts in the name of minors without proper parental authorization.
- Trade, transfer, or promotion of prostitution, trafficking, or sexual exploitation of minors.
- Any attempt to evade our detection, hash matching, or moderation systems.
3. How to report inside the app
Any user can report suspicious content, profiles, or conduct directly from the app:
- Profiles: tap the menu (·· ·) on the profile and choose Report user.
- Messages in plan chats: long-press the message and choose Report message.
- Communities or plans: tap the community or plan menu and choose Report.
Any report with suspected CSAE is handled with maximum priority. Reported content is reviewed and, if confirmed, removed, the account is suspended, and the case is reported to the competent authorities.
4. How to report outside the app
If you cannot or do not want to use the app mechanisms, write to us directly at contacto@impulsatulegado.com with the subject "Child safety report — Junte". We respond to this type of report within 24 hours.
5. Our detection and response practices
- Priority human review: authorized personnel inside Impulse Legacy review every child safety report with absolute priority over any other type of report.
- In-app reports: any User can report profiles, messages, Communities, and Plans from the contextual menu of each item, and directly block another User to cut off all interaction.
- Progressive technical detection: we are adding technical detection tools (risk keywords, grooming behavior patterns, and, when available, hash matching of known material against industry databases) as the product matures. While these systems are not complete, manual attention is the primary line.
- Minimum age verification: registration requires declaring an age of 16 or older. We investigate accounts flagged as suspected of belonging to minors and request additional verification when there is reasonable doubt.
- Blocking repeat accounts: we apply the reasonable technical controls available (email association, phone number when applicable, device signals when platforms allow) to make it harder for accounts suspended for CSAE to register again.
- Guidelines for those reviewing reports: personnel authorized to review this type of case follow specific internal guidelines and stay updated on sector best practices.
- Sanctions: immediate and permanent suspension of accounts that violate these standards, with no possibility of reopening, and reporting to authorities when appropriate.
- Evidence preservation: reported material is preserved in restricted storage for the legally required time to cooperate with authorities, with access limited to the minimum authorized personnel.
6. Legal compliance and cooperation with authorities
We comply with applicable law on the protection of children and adolescents, including:
- Paraguay: Code of Childhood and Adolescence (Law 1680/01, Paraguay); Criminal Code (Paraguay) (articles on the sexual integrity of minors, child pornography, and pimping); Anti-Human Trafficking Law 4788/12 (Paraguay).
- Local cooperation: SNNA (National Secretariat for Childhood and Adolescence), the Public Prosecutor's Office (Ministerio Público, Paraguay) (Unit for Crimes against Childhood and Adolescence), and the Cybercrime Division of the National Police.
- International: cooperation with organizations such as the NCMEC CyberTipline and response to valid requests from INTERPOL or other foreign authorities when there is a legal basis.
When we detect or are reported CSAM, we remove it without delay, suspend those responsible, preserve evidence, and notify the corresponding authorities according to the jurisdiction of the facts.
Do you know or suspect a situation of immediate risk to a minor?
