Building Junte in the open
Build Junte with us.
We're putting together Paraguay's app for communities, plans, and live map. If you code, design, do community or operations, and want to join the project from the inside, write to us. We're also open to independent proposals and collaborations.

These aren't formal positions. They're areas where the network needs hands. If one or several fit you, write to us telling us what you do and what interests you about Junte.

Mobile
iOS and Android. Current stack or proposals to scale. Live maps, per-plan chat, performance on mixed networks.

Backend and infra
Schemas for fast-growing communities, moderation, geo queries, push notifications. Hosting in the region.

Product and design
Research with early users, key flows, the Bricolage design system, motion. Plenty to iterate before public launch.

Community and growth
Onboarding real communities in Asunción, social storytelling, partnerships with venues. It's neighborhood work.

Operations and venues
Adding bars, courts, cafes, and coworking spaces to the network. Coordinating launch events. If you know the food or sports ecosystem, you fit.

In the open
Public roadmap, visible changelog, decisions explained. If the network sees how it's built, it gives better input.

Paraguayan voice first
Junte is local before regional. Voice, moderation, and product decisions we think through in a Paraguayan key first.

Remote-first, in person when it adds
You live where you live. For launches, events, and venue onboarding in Asunción, yes we want to be physically close.

Equity and cash mix
Pre-launch: core roles with equity plus limited cash. One-off collaborations by contract. We talk case by case, no vague promises.
